Sport Specialties Made Him Do It.

The Garments By David Cap has been a project that was very unique to work on.

It has been carefully designed with keeping one of the most classic hat brands close to mind, Sport Specialties. After a lot of research in one of their close friends' collection (who has over 10.000 hats in all variaties), we came up with the idea to design a cap that serves the look and feel from the past, engineered for the future.

Design details feature a semi-structured 5-panel design, backed by mesh webbing inside for a vintage construction. It has been constructed from a wool-acrylic blend, a material that has been a fan-favorite choice for hats in decades. the brim comes flat and can be bent to the likes of the user. 
The underside of the brim comes in a green color, which takes the glare off the under-brim to give the wearer a better and more comfortable vision. 
It's finished off with three vintage-inspired labels inside, including branded webbing and an off-white sweatband, offering a well-balanced color palette.

On the front, a triple black 'G' can be found in a thick 3D embroidery, referring to the brands' name.
